Social media analytics and performance metrics (e.g. follower count, engagement rate, average views, audience demographics)
Past brand collaboration history

3. Why We Collect Your Information

We collect your personal information solely for the following purpose:

To evaluate your application for inclusion in the SWAY Creator Network
To match you with brand campaigns that are relevant to your niche, audience, and content style
To contact you regarding campaign opportunities, collaborations, or updates to your application status

We will not use your personal information for any purpose beyond what is stated above without obtaining your prior consent.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

SWAY takes your privacy seriously. We apply a strict distinction between what is shared and what remains confidential:

4.2 Information That Will Never Be Shared

The following personal information is strictly confidential and will never be shared with any brand, partner, or third party:

Your contact and identifying information remains exclusively within SWAY and is used only for internal communication and administration.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your personal information is stored securely using Google Workspace and Google Vault, which provide enterprise-grade data security including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

We take the following measures to protect your data:

Access to your personal information is restricted to authorised SWAY team members only
All SWAY Google Workspace accounts are protected with two-factor authentication (2FA)
Application data collected via forms is stored in access-restricted Google Sheets
Google Vault is used for data retention, audit trails, and compliance purposes

6. How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain your personal information indefinitely for the purpose of maintaining an active and up-to-date creator database. Your information remains in our system unless and until you request its removal.

We will action your request within 21 business days of receipt and confirm once your data has been updated or removed.
